Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Boo and I would hate if you were unhappy with your calendar but if are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. Below is our simple refund policy to guide you.

      • All items must be in their original condition and show no signs of use such as creases, folds, doodles, etc.
      • All items should be returned with adequate packing to ensure that they‘re not damaged in the return shipment.
      • You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price minus original shipping charges.
      • Our goal is to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving them. Please keep in mind that this is a 1 person operation. I will do my best to process orders and returns promptly. If for whatever reason you have not been refunded within 5 days of my receipt, please email me directly at info@themanylivesofboo.com
      • We are not responsible for lost returns.
      • Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

 

Refunds

You will receive an email once your return is received and inspected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@themanylivesofboo.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the purchased item are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
